Title Picture

The picture above is of Jennie Salome Wilson, my mother. She was born in 1903 on December 13. She used to call this picture "Orphans from the Storm" because she and her older brother Bruce looked so shabby. The house behind them was built from driftwood from the 1900 storm in Galveston. It is the house she was born in.

The house still stands today.
